Bazaaar.com shipping flat rate is 14.99$. Based on item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address If you select a different shipping method, a huge product, or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping times:

 The shipping time include two processes:

1. The preparation time:

The preparation process time for each item begins when you submit the order till it leaves Bazaaar.com warehouse. This process vary depends on the availability of the item you choose at the time of your ordered.

The processing time for available items is usually 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified in the shopping cart page. Personalized and cartouche items normally take more time to be ready for shipping.

 2. Shipping Time:

The shipping time is the time when the items you ordered is ready for shipping through courier company. It normally takes from 2-4 days Door to Door delivery depending on destination country and city.

All our items are shipping from Egypt directly to your door.

Our Return Policy

Our primary goal is to exceed customer expectation and to reach 100% customer satisfaction.

If an item you ordered from Bazaaar.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 15 days of delivering it, unless otherwise noted below.

Return an item by mail:

Mail the product, packing slip and all original packaging to the origin location ( Egypt).

Please note:
• Return process can take 1 to 2 weeks.
• Depending on the reason for the return, you may have to pay for the return shipping.
• After we receive your returned item, you will either receive credit or the replacement item you specified.
• Gift returns are credited to the original purchaser's payment method.
• If your return products/items are a result of incorrect, damaged or defective product from Bazaaar.com side , we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges.

Exchanges

To exchange an item by mail, please send an email to info@bazaaar.com, with the item(s) to be exchanged, indicating the item(s) you are returning and the new item (s) you want to replace. We will appreciate your proper specification as possible as you can when describing the new item (s) to be exchanged. Please include the item name, color, size, and any other specifications. Our Sales representative will reply to you with the confirmation.

The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item/s are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
